for sales contracts concluded via the online shop at www.frankfurter-baeder.de between BäderBetriebe Frankfurt GmbH as the seller (hereinafter: "BBF") and the customer as the buyer (hereinafter: "Customer").

1. Scope

1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to online orders and the dispatch of vouchers by BäderBetriebe Frankfurt GmbH on the Internet via the online shop
www.frankfurter-baeder.de. In the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating and/or supplementary general terms and conditions of the customer do not apply unless BBF expressly agrees to the validity of such conditions.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The vouchers presented on www.frankfurter-baeder.de merely represent an invitation to the customer to submit an offer to conclude a contract. The customer can select a voucher from the offer and place it in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button and then enter his personal data after clicking on the "Checkout" button. Before completing the order, the customer can check it again and correct it if necessary by clicking on the "Edit" button. In the "My shopping cart" field, the customer can change the type and quantity of the selected vouchers before completing the order. By clicking the "buy" button in the last step of the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart (to conclude a contract with BBF) (order). By submitting the offer via the Internet, the customer agrees to the validity of these General Terms and Conditions. The contract with the BBF is only concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation sent immediately by e-mail. The order confirmation includes the invoice, the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. Silence on the part of the BBF when an online shop customer places an order does not constitute acceptance.

3.2 The order is saved by the BBF after the conclusion of the contract. After registering accordingly, the customer can view and manage his data on completed, open and recently sent orders in his password-protected area ("My user account").

3.3 Voucher orders via the online shop www.frankfurter-baeder.de are only accepted by the BBF up to a maximum value of €1.000,00 per order.

3.4 The ordering process including the conclusion of the contract is only possible in German.

4. Prices and shipping costs

4.1 The prices posted at www.frankfurter-baeder.de are given in euros and include the applicable statutory sales tax and do not include costs for packaging and shipping.

4.2 The customer receives vouchers ordered online free of charge in electronic form (print-at-home function).

5. terms of payment

5.1 payment options. The accepted payment methods are credit card payment, PayPal and Sofortüberweisung. When paying by credit card, immediate transfer or PayPal, the customer's account will be debited immediately.

7. Shipping

7.1 Vouchers are sent in electronic form after conclusion of the contract (via the Print at Home function). The Print-at-Home voucher can only be read and is valid if it is printed out on white A4 paper. Only one copy of each Print-at-Home voucher may be printed. It is prohibited to duplicate or change the Print-at-Home voucher in digital or printed form. The Print-at-Home voucher is identified at the checkout by a barcode reader, checked and exchanged for a transponder card. The barcode must be legible and can only be used once.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Irrespective of the right of cancellation, about which the customer will be informed separately (see cancellation policy), vouchers cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged.

9. Redeeming Vouchers

9.1 Vouchers must be redeemed once at an on-site cash desk. They remain valid for a period of ten years, starting with the activation of the voucher.

9.2 A complete or partial cash payment of purchased vouchers is excluded.

9.3 Prior registration is required for services such as participation in courses with a limited number of participants. Participation depends on the availability of the respective offer.

9.4 The redemption of the vouchers for products or services of third parties is excluded. This applies in particular to massages and gastronomy offers.

10. House and bathing rules

By ordering vouchers or redeeming them, the customer accepts the house and bathing regulations of BäderBetriebe Frankfurt GmbH that apply to the use of the baths. This is clearly visible in the entrance areas of the bathrooms.

11. Data protection / data security; Storage of the contract text

The personal order data is collected, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. The data required for this will only be passed on to third parties as part of the order processing (payment, shipping). In addition, it will not be passed on to third parties. When ordering, all data is always SSL-encrypted and protected. The customer can obtain information about the data stored about him by the BBF free of charge at any time.

12. Final Provisions

12.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to contracts between BBF and the customer, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The legal regulations on the limitation of the choice of law and the applicability of mandatory regulations, in particular of the state in which the customer has his habitual residence as a consumer, remain unaffected.

12.2 If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the BBF is the registered office of the BBF.

12.3 The contract remains binding in its remaining parts even if individual points are legally ineffective. In place of the ineffective points, the statutory provisions, if any, apply
