The sustainable success of our company and that of our business partners is based on integrity and compliance. Therefore, compliance with legal requirements, internal regulations, and internal guidelines is a top priority for BäderBetriebe Frankfurt GmbH (short: BBF).

To meet this requirement, it is important to be aware of and prevent potential misconduct by employees or business partners. In addition to early detection, the primary goal of the BBF whistleblower system is to prevent abuses and risks. Information from employees, business partners, customers, or third parties can lead to the detection and prosecution of criminal offenses and the remediation of abuses.

This company-wide whistleblower system provides all BBF employees and business partners, as well as third parties, with a tool to ensure legal conduct within the company and to uncover violations. If there are suspicions of risks or misconduct, particularly regarding economic crimes, other criminal offenses, or serious irregularities, as well as human rights and environmental violations, at BBF or along the supply chain, all whistleblowers have the opportunity to contact BBF's Compliance Management and/or BBF's trusted attorney.

Further information on the procedure can be found in the Rules of Procedure:
